All unopened and resalable merchandise may be returned within 30 days for both online and in-store purchases.

Online merchandise returns – Any shipping charges from the original order are nonrefundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender unless there was an issue with your order. If there was a shipping mistake with the order that was our mistake, we will refund the shipping based on the situation. All online returns are only accepted with pre-authorization. Please email us at rileystreetonline@gmail.com with your order number, what product you’re requesting to be returned and the reason for the return.

In-store merchandise returns – Any merchandise may be returned within 30 days with the original receipt. All in-store merchandise must be returned to either our Santa Rosa location or San Rafael location.

Non-returnable Items – Special orders, Used items, Non-stocked items, Gift Certificates, Gift Cards or Closeout items.

Customer satisfaction – Our goal is to offer a great experience and make everyone that chooses Rileystreet for their art materials needs, HAPPY! So, we reserve the right to go outside the box and make changes to these return policies if we deem it appropriate on a case by case basis.
