Local color Gallery was opened in 1994 by a group of six artists selling their own work in a converted two car garage in Bodega Bay. A major focus here at Ren Brown is the modern Japanese print. These include woodblocks, silkscreens, and etchings, often done on handmade paper. Subjects and themes vary widely and there are images to appeal to all tastes. Of the 100 artists on display, many are world famous: Ryohei Tanaka, Toko Shinoda and Kiyoshi Saito. Paradise Ridge Winery is a family owned and operated fine wine estate known for having the most beautiful view in Sonoma County.
